Hi I’m Jen! As a former two sport NCAA division 3 athlete, I understand firsthand the challenges of fueling peak performance while managing the demands of competitive sports. That personal experience, combined with my expertise as a registered dietitian, gives me a unique perspective on what truly works for athletes at every level. After serving as a sports dietitian for Division I programs, I founded Fuel to Form to bring that same elite-level nutrition guidance directly to athletes, teams, and anyone ready to transform their relationship with food and performance.
