Hi I’m Jen, a Boston based sports dietitian passionate about all things fitness! As a former two-sport Division III athlete, I know what it's like to balance intense training with academic demands while trying to figure out how to fuel my body properly. That personal experience drove me to become a registered dietitian, eventually serving NCAA Division I programs where I witnessed firsthand how proper nutrition transforms athletic performance. Now, through Fuel to Form, I'm on a mission to democratize elite-level sports nutrition – bringing the same evidence-based strategies I used with Division I athletes to competitors at every level. Whether you're chasing personal records, playing in weekend leagues, or training for your first race, you deserve nutrition guidance that matches your dedication to your sport. Outside of sport you’ll find me going on walks, drinking a lot of espresso, and enjoying an Aperol spritz with friends!
My Story
After graduating from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN with a Bachelor’s in exercise science I moved to Boston, MA to get my Masters in Nutrition and complete my dietetic internship from Boston University! I wouldn’t be the dietitian I am without either of these programs and I’m always wanting to connect with fellow RD’s or RD2B’s looking to get into sports.

For 1:1 clients we will focus on habits and meal structure based on your sport, training schedule, or fitness goals. I’ll provide meal, snack, and timing recommendations. The goal is to give you the confidence to create your own meal plan and support your fitness goals through nutrition!

The 12 week program is a comprehensive body recomposition program meaning to leave you with more muscle and less fat to feel your most confident self! The program will be through an app where you’ll get custom nutrition guidance and workout splits for your goals.
